@LFC_RedNishant Agree. Biryani changes form and flavor as per the selling prospect and taste buds of people in different part of our Nation. But those are not authentic biryani. The challenge was to make authentic biryani. Not specific to some small remote place.

Aruna and Gurkeerat clearly served PULAV not BIRYANI. Ranveer, who claims that he researched on Biryani, still no comments on Aruna's PULAV. Whereas Nayanjyoti who tried something new... what he got, so many negatives on his biryani.

What Aruna is cooking is not biryani but pulav. Same with Gurkeerat. At the finals and these idiots don't know the difference between pulav and biryani. Biryani is cooked with marinated/half cooked protein by giving dum with half cooked rice.

This season has been a total disaster. Michelin star chefs going head over heels to appreciate 0 INNOVATION dishes made by Aruna. How can fafda be an innovation? For all, cake has to be evenly cut. But for her everything is fine.

Judges talk about plating. Aruna's morkali dish had just 3 small pieces in a huge white plate. But still it was amazing. But others no matter what they plate, it's not good enough.

Priya, a vegan was asked to cook with eggs, chicken.
Baa, a pure vegetarian was asked to cook using eggs.
But Aruna was exempted. She was given paneer.
It's a master chef kitchen. One should be ready to cook using anything
