Is it possible please to create fee mechanism that give a timestamp (lets say once a week or customized),
it will calculate according hold time / tokens held, a weight, multiple it with the fees earner to calculate how much each holder gets?

what about tokenizing ideas?
For example if someone gives a nice idea that is implemented, his tweet is tokenized (basically same as happens now already), giving him the fees for the ideas according the ratio created.
