Today, we are mostly making vegetable stew, about 2 gallons of the stuff. His and hers, because I like mushrooms. We also made a load of mashed carrot and parsnip because you can not get swede here. All for the freezer. I love batch cooking. Yum.

@TrooperSnooks @Wykenvineyards @stuttonsparrows Wow, 43 is super impressive. Right now, I can see a few LBJs from the kitchen window, plus a Pied Wagtail attacking the front door. However, there are a handful of Northern Shovellers out front. They turned up 2 days ago.
