It's our 20th wedding anniversary. Marriage is hard. Raising kids is hard. Running a business in Harlem is hard. Doing all three is crazy .... but incredibly rewarding and without any regrets.

Marcus Garvey Park in Harlem, one block from NiLu, is so peaceful in the early morning. We enjoy walking in and around the park to clear our heads before we open the shop. Very grateful to have such a beautiful space in our community.
