Just now, security cameras notified me of a raccoon in my backyard and so I ran downstairs to catch a glimpse through the glass door. What ended up happening is the raccoon approached me, and we touched (hand/paw) through the glass.

And then I cried for a good 10 mins.

My parents often tell me this story that when I was a baby, two raccoons got inside the house through that same glass door, and came barreling towards me in a crib. But we haven't seen any for years...
