Then you copy-pasted Nord's policy to scare people.. completely ignoring that RAM-only VPNs physically cannot keep or hand over logs (Mullvad in 2023)

Encrypted Client Hello that you mentioned is only supported by ~3% of the websites. This means on 97% of the web, your ISP still easily sees your destination IPs, traffic metadata, and plaintext SNI handshakes. Your ISP knows everything lol
