@kylepaganCB@FlyersPwrPlay Philadelphia Flyers Power Play wheelchair hockey. Team was started by my brother who passed away 6 years again. Awesome people.
Helped by the shot of his life, @RomanBasketball senior Xzayvier Brown secured an elusive @PCLAthletics championship on Monday night at the Palestra. @Owen_McCue the story...
“To have him make that shot, to me he deserved it. That moment was his.”

I'm told that 2024 F Nelson Lamizana will be at Bonner-Prendergast this fall; Lamizana had previously been at West Chester Henderson and played with Roman Catholic in July. Staying in the PCL but at a school closer to home.

@will_ryan14 Agreed Will. And regarding the forced jump shot argument - does that mean a shot clock should be removed in college and the pros as well so there’s no forced shot? It’s such a weak argument.
@imjohnbrennan TERRIBLE.. no matter how good or bad your team is. The next level requires a clock. Are we not in the ‘preparing kids for what’s next’ business ?
I’m a huge fan of high school basketball in PA. But I do believe a shot clock would be a benefit. I’ve seen far too many games where possessions last more than a minute which leads to low scoring, boring affairs. A shot clock also prepares players who go onto the next level.
The #PIAA basketball steering committee today voted against adding a shot clock for high school basketball. A statewide survey of schools was almost evenly split, says WPIAL rep Bill Cardone #HSSN
@ZakWolf22@TyDaubert Agreed. It would definitely be an adjustment but I think it would enhance the game. And it’s also good preparation for those who go on to play in college.

nobody has ever been closer to the "cool guy walking away from an explosion" thing that happens in movies than Jay Wright saying "bang" and quietly walking away while his team won the national championship on a buzzer-beater https://t.co/hVvaEEvdSR
