A @NYCSanitation street sweeper hit a telephone pole yesterday at approx 935am; on the 700 block of E223rd St in the #bronx . A wire snapped from the impact. @ConEdison @Verizon the wire is still dangling low to the ground and blocking #pedestrian traffic.
