One of @ShowaBoston’s winning BIG teams, the Tonjiru Group shared details on their project. Tonjiru is a type of miso soup with great flavor, nutrition, and is easy to make. The team developed a cheese based recipe to introduce it to Bostonians which they call “Bostonjiru”.
We will host optional Zoom-based activities for students and US-based volunteers from September through December, mostly in the morning.
