La jefa de Gobierno, Clara Brugada, anunció que se construirá un nuevo plantel de la UNAM en el suroriente de la Ciudad de México, con una capacidad inicial para 20,000 estudiantes. El gobierno capitalino estará a cargo de la construcción, mientras que la universidad se encargará de equipar y operar las instalaciones.

Durante su segundo informe de gobierno, Brugada adelantó que su administración también se encargará de la construcción de tres nuevas universidades públicas en la periferia y cinco nuevas preparatorias en pueblos y barrios originarios de la ciudad.

🇫🇷 🚨 UPDATE: FRANCE REFRIGERATION ATTACKS EXPAND TO COPELAND AND DIXELL CONTROLLERS

Follow-up to our Oct 12 coverage of the Danfoss supermarket refrigeration attacks. On Oct 13, 2026, CERT-FR revised alert CERTFR-2026-ALE-012, adding Copeland xweb and Dixell xweb controllers to the compromised equipment list alongside Danfoss AK-SC/AK-SM.

What CERT-FR says:
• Numerous compromises of remote refrigeration controllers (Danfoss AK-SM/AK-SC, Copeland xweb, Dixell xweb)
• Attacks are probably still ongoing
• Remove public internet exposure of management interfaces; verify configuration (including defrost ranges); restore access only via VPN or a protected network; apply vendor hardening (firmware updates, Strict security mode, change default passwords)
• Internet-exposed end-of-life gear without patches is at high risk of recompromise even after a factory reset

Separately, La Depeche (Oct 13, Nawel Omara) reported a Dixell-equipped https://t.co/Hfj1G4Vi4P near Albi hit overnight Oct 12–13; the store director said refrigerated stock had to be discarded.

This expands the affected product scope beyond Danfoss. A common exploit or single attacker across brands is unconfirmed. No nationwide victim count or loss total is established. Treat CERT-FR's guidance as the action list for any internet-facing store refrigeration controller in these families.
