🚨 Breaking! Dirty D.C. Cop Michael Fanone being referred on 7 counts in D.C. for January 6th lies while under oath along with several other officers including officer Michael Byrd who shot Ashley Babbit in the throat.
Summary “dismissal or default”
1) The judge received information, but never said from who or what the information was.
2) The judge referenced a post on X as the evidence that someone had violated the court order. But did not share what the post was or what it said.
3)The judge continued to scold and admonish the attorneys, while not allow allowing them to be heard or sharing any actual evidence or facts.
4) The judge suspended Michael Proctor‘s deposition and obligation to produce discovery and said he could possibly make it permanent. That only hurts Karen Read not the other side.
5) The judge then asked the attorneys to enter into an agreed order that would allow him to do what the code does not allow him to do: dismiss the case against Karen Read or grant a default judgment to the Okeefes based on discovery violations.
6) Based on the fact that the judge called an emergency hearing where nobody was heard, he acted on rumor from a source he didn’t name and there was no due process, I cannot imagine anyone would give this judge more discretion or more power than is allowed in the code.
7)He seemed to state that if they don’t give him more power than is allowed in the code, he will enter an order using his plenary power.
I don’t know who is protecting Michael Proctor and the house suspects. But if you live in Massachusetts, and this doesn’t terrify the shit out of you, you need to educate yourself.
Maricopa County's Recorder's office deleted the entire 2020 General Election results the day before an audit was to be performed.
269,000 ballot images became corrupt and unreadable, on top of 30,000 missing ballots, which in combination made any audit impossible.
Internet access was not only found to be possible, but found that Maricopa County ballot machines DID access the internet, with proof of IP addresses, dates and time stamps.
They lied to you about everything and wiped the files to cover up their tracks and made any audit or attempts to prove their fraud almost impossible.
I’m honestly still shaken up right now.
I went to the bank this morning to handle something boring and normal. Nothing dramatic. Nothing political. Just an errand before the holiday weekend.
I was wearing my red MAGA hat.
That was it.
A manager pulled me aside and told me another customer said my hat made them feel “uncomfortable” and “unsafe.”
Unsafe.
Because of a hat.
I asked if I had done something wrong. I asked if I had said anything to anyone. I asked if I had bothered a single person in that building.
She said no.
But then she told me I could either remove the hat or come back another time.
I’m not going to lie. I felt humiliated. I could feel people looking. I had that awful lump in my throat like I was back in school being scolded in front of everybody for something I did not do.
And all I could think was,
Since when are women only allowed to be “brave” when we believe what liberals tell us to believe?
They say they support women.
Until a woman loves God, loves America, supports Trump, and refuses to hide it.
They say they want tolerance.
But somehow tolerance always means normal people being told to shrink, apologize, remove the hat, hide the cross, lower the flag, and pretend we are the problem.
I walked out.
I will find another bank before I hide who I am to make some stranger feel powerful.
I did not take the hat off.
I will not apologize for loving my country.
Has anyone else dealt with this, or are we all just supposed to keep pretending this is normal?#MAGA #AmericaFirst
The more I listen to Judge Gildea’s words, the madder I get.
The hearing was called to address an alleged violation of an impoundment order related to a single document, but the overall theme of his speech was this:
Can y’all shut the fuck up about this case?
Except he said it with words like civility, quiet expectation of fairness, confidentiality, stop churning the waters, keep the case in the courtroom.
Here’s the problem with that, your Honor…
Keeping quiet is how a neo-Nazi got to walk around with a gun and badge for years.
Keeping quiet is how cops could testify with a straight face about Solo cups and taillight that magically reveals itself.
Keeping quiet is how prosecutors got away with playing inverted video to a jury or pretending like the holes cut in a shirt by the crime lab were caused by road rash.
Keeping quiet is how a family with power and influence avoids being questioned when a dead cop is found on their lawn.
Judge Gildea considers all of this to be nothing more than social media “content,” when in reality, this is injustice. It’s corruption. And we won’t be quiet about it.
Gildea cites the 250th anniversary of the founding of this country as a reminder to keep quiet – do your part to maintain the quiet expectation of fairness that our founders fought so hard for, he told the lawyers.
Well, the founders of this country also fought for people to have the right to speak up and speak out against injustice. Against corruption.
How this judge thinks we can look at something like the vile, horrific text messages of Michael Proctor and Sean Goode and keep it to ourselves and just go on about our day and trust that impounded motions will make it all better shows Gildea is either out of touch or part of the problem.
For years, I’d spot the occasional wasp drifting through my yard. I left them alone, figuring they’d return the favor. Every now and then one would sting me, but it was rare enough that I didn’t make an issue of it.
Then I started seeing more of them. Before long, I realized they were building nests in the eaves, under the deck, and in the woodpile. The population exploded. What had been a minor annoyance became a daily hazard. The more numerous they grew, the more territorial and aggressive they became.
Eventually I faced a clear choice: I could tolerate the growing risk of being stung, not just me but the entire neighborhood or I could go after the nests and deal with the painful, messy fight that would surely follow.
By the way… this isn’t really about wasps.
Seven years ago in Portland, Ore.
None of the Antifa attackers who nearly killed me (I suffered a subarachnoid brain hemorrhage) were arrested by @PortlandPolice. None were prosecuted by the district attorney’s office. @multdems said nothing. So did @tedwheeler. @cmclymer, then a spokesman for the Human Rights Campaign, posted that I deserved it.
Three of the violent attackers I identified are trans. I never received justice. That's how my story ended in Portland before I had to leave the country due to mounting death threats from Antifa.
Tomorrow, eight of the remaining convicted North Texas Antifa terrorists will be sentenced. Last week, their co-defendants received a combined 450 years in federal prison. https://t.co/7KvehraOcs
Today Judge Mark Gildea threatened to find Karen Read in default, and therefore liable for the death of Officer John O'Keefe, without a trial. He did so without a hearing or even allowing her attorneys to speak.
What's more, he instructed her attorneys to go back to their respective offices and prepare a document that would enable the Judge to enter that default through violation of a consent order, thus eliminating any possibility of an appeal or other recourse.
In effect, he directed Karen Read's attorneys to tie the noose by which the Court would hang her.
This is an absolute outrage. Not only shouldn't Ms. Read and her attorneys stand for it, her adversaries shouldn't stand for it either.
May 28, 2026. Modesto, California.
Three people are stabbed to death in a single home.
A 54-year-old grandmother.
A 23-year-old mother.
A two-week-old baby boy.
Two weeks old. Read that again.
A baby who had not yet learned to focus his eyes.
Three generations. One knife. One afternoon.
The man arrested for it had been deported once before.
He came back. Illegally.
In June 2025, he was arrested for his FOURTH DUI.
ICE asked the county jail to hold him.
The county refused. State law forbids cooperation with ICE.
He walked out.
Eleven months later, a grandmother, a mother, and a two-week-old infant were dead on the floor of their own home.
They had him.
They had him on a fourth drunk-driving arrest.
They let him go because the state had decided, on principle, not to ask.
A two-week-old child paid for that principle with his entire life.
He should be alive.
His mother should be alive.
His grandmother should be alive.
God bless every American who refuses to call this normal.
Brian Tully needs to be made to sit for a deposition. On the stand he was a snarky, smart ass, who denied everything. There's no reason for Judge Gildea to deny his deposition.
It's funny how none of these people want to be a witness for these lawsuits. Brian Tully was the supervisor of Michael Proctor, who was the lead investigator for the John O'Keefe case. He's a cop that was part of a case, what makes him think he shouldn't have to testify? I've never heard of cops, who worked on a murder investigation, not want to testify or be deposed for that case. It makes NO SENSE whatsoever!

🚨 JUST IN — SPENCER PRATT WARNS AMERICA:
“[Communists] have infiltrated all our institutions and created a breakaway network of NGOs that launder your tax dollars to finance the revolution, rig elections, and destroy the pillars of functional society.”
“Are you listening now?”
💯💯💯 @spencerpratt
Wake up!
Destroy communism in America permanently 🇺🇸
I am a J6er.
I am a hero.
I stood for my country when millions stayed silent. Walked through open doors, spoke my truth, and left peacefully. For that they sent 24 FBI agents to my door, destroyed my business, shattered my family, and branded me an insurrectionist.
Violent cops killed peaceful Americans on January 6th. Corrupt partisan judges covered for them and then sent people like me — peaceful protestors — to prison for walking through open doors.
While Antifa burned cities, and ICE still assault cops confidential informants like Ray Epps pushed the crowd forward, and the regime protected their own, we got raided, shackled, and thrown in prison for misdemeanors.
They fear us because we saw the Fedsurrection for what it was. They fear us because half the country still know the truth.
I am still here. Rising. Unbroken. By God’s grace.
I pledge allegiance...
God Bless the J6ers
