@RiotPhroxzon The other issue is if I'm a new player or someone who wants to climb, then I Google best botlaners, and the top 20 picks are 90% mages, so I get to inflate my winrate and not actually learn the role, so when it gets inevitably nerfed down the line, those players are going to fall

@RiotPhroxzon I appreciate the idea of variety in botlane, but what effectively happens is 1/5 games is a miserable experience that you are okay with happening. There is also no variety because all the mages play identically, spamming spells and turning it into a dodging sim
