As a community feeder, I have noticed massive growths in new litters being birthed in the past year due to these programs being paused.

There was a remarkable decrease a few years ago when the neutering and vaccination programs were freshly implemented.
This greatly reduced numbers of strays, and the number of people complaining about any nuisance caused by animals.
