@MeeMeeIndia I've ordered baby carrier on 2nd Nov from menmoms website and received used product on 10th Nov. Unable to place replacement request on the website and no proper resolution even on whatsapp customecare number. Very bad service for baby products! Please action ASAP.

@MeeMeeIndia They say there is a technical issue we are trying to resolve your issue and track down the delivery details and we will update you in a day but again the same statement they repeat even after a week when asking about the refund.@MeeMeeIndia

@MeeMeeIndia Your customer care team already knows the issue and has been delaying the refund since a month now. The product was picked up on 17th last month. And its exactly 1 month but still no update on refund. Worst service ever.@MeeMeeIndia

Everytime I receive the same reply from the team ,"Please wait for 7 days." And every week i am getting a call from the courier guy for the product pickup even though the product was picked up and delivered to their warehouse on 23rd nov. Still no refund yet

@Apollo24x7 I've placed a return order for medicines in Ranchi city, which is getting delayed and getting arrogant response from @delhivery pickup boy. If you dont have proper coordination with your delivery partner why should the customers suffer? Please resolve this ASAP.
