Lighting Timeframe Demo: Why 11:15 AM Candle Can Change Your Day

Most traders obsess over entries, but ignore the lighting of the market.
Here’s how I use the 11:15 AM candle and the 12:30–1:00 PM time‑box to take high‑conviction intraday decisions ⏱️
1️⃣ Why 11:15 AM – Lighting
By 11:15, the opening noise is mostly over, global cues are priced in and real intraday trend strength is visible on 15‑min candles. The 11:00–11:15 candle often acts like a “stadium floodlight” revealing whether institutions are quietly buying or selling.

2️⃣ In layman terms – 12:30 to 1:00 PM time‑box
Think of 12:30–1:00 PM as the market’s lunch‑break lie detector.
If price and structure are still supporting your 11:15 view in this box, you keep the trade.
If the market flips character here, you exit or cut size.
Decision = 1. No confusion after 1 PM.
3️⃣ Expert lens – how I see it

11:15 defines bias: trend day vs choppy day.
12:30–1:00 confirms whether that bias is getting continuation or distribution.
I’m not forecasting; I’m reacting to what price, volume and structure are shouting in these windows.
4️⃣ Betting probability – Green/Green vs Green/Yellow
Green/Green (11:15 strong bullish candle, 12:30–1:00 holds strength): I treat this as higher‑probability trend continuation, willing to pyramid or trail aggressively.

Green/Yellow (11:15 strong, but mid‑day turns indecisive): I shift to partial profit‑booking, tighter SL, and avoid fresh aggressive entries.

You don’t need to predict the whole day.
Just read the lighting correctly at 11:15 and take one clear decision inside 12:30–1:00 PM.
That alone can transform your intraday discipline.
