@_alexccART can do the same with a paint brush, just flick the brush loaded with paint at the image.
For the blood stream, blood is thick, so add some goopy thick drops near the wound and the edges. Darken some areas and add highlights around the edges with a white gel pen/paint marker

@_alexccART There's a few ways to do splatter effects! You can take a toothbrush with a little bit of paint and flick it with your finger. Adjust the water content in the pain until you get a consistency you like. tape off areas you don't want the splatter to get on.
