Delighted to have had the opportunity to participate today in a podcast at IIT Madras alongside Professor Kamakoti avl and the Founder of Aircel, Thiru Sivasankaran avl. The event served as a curtain-raiser for the Global Hyperloop Competition, which will be hosted by IIT Madras in February 2025.

Chennai has long been a pioneer in adopting innovative public transportation solutions, with a history dating back to the early 19th century. The upcoming Hyperloop competition, seen as the future of transportation, further cements the city's legacy, with IIT Madras at the forefront. (1/2)

A team of students from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras (@iitmadras) recently achieved a significant milestone by successfully developing a prototype of cutting-edge travel technology-- 'Avishkar Hyperloop Project'.

The Hyperloop concept envisions a passenger pod that travels within a tube under partial vacuum conditions, enabling rapid transportation between destinations. Remarkably, this pod is designed to cover a distance of approximately 350 km in just 30 minutes.
