Whilst getting this sad news out via as many press channels as possible (as it was a public event) we have contacted all parties concerned

We are hugely grateful 4 all the support we have received 2 try and make the event work: @ShrewsburyHigh, bakers,sponsors,traders,volunteers

It was a hugely difficult decision and we realise that this situation is disappointing for many, including us as a charity

It was taken by senior staff at our charity, available committee members, the committee's chair and trustee.

This decision was not taken lightly and for several reasons.
