Sanatana Dharma was never created to spread hatred or violence. In earlier times, society functioned through division of responsibilities where different communities traditionally handled different occupations. Priests performed rituals, farmers cultivated land, artisans created goods, and workers supported daily life. It was seen as a social structure to keep society functioning smoothly.

Over time, this system became rigid and discrimination and untouchability emerged in many places. Those practices were wrong and deserve criticism and reform. If there are social evils like caste discrimination, they must be condemned and reformed just like every society reforms its flaws. But calling for the eradication of Sanatana Dharma itself is not social justice; it is an insult to the faith of millions of Hindus.

Every civilization evolves with time. Today, every individual has the freedom to choose their education, profession, and path in life and that should be respected. Reforming social issues is different from insulting an entire faith followed by millions.

Tamil culture, temples, literature, music, and traditions are deeply connected with Sanatana Dharma. Respecting diversity means respecting Hindu beliefs too.

Sanatana Dharma represents spirituality, culture, temples, yoga, philosophy, family values, and the belief that divinity exists in all beings. Criticize social evils if needed, but targeting an entire faith only creates division.

Debate is democratic. Hate towards an entire faith is not. 🕉️🇮🇳

Chinmoy Krishna Das Prabhu, a spiritual leader and an ISKCON monk, continues to languish behind bars in Bangladesh while the world watches.

When even his lawyers are intimidated, threatened and silenced in court corridors, what justice are we even talking about?
Is advocating for the rights of the Minority Hindu community a crime? When a saffron-clad soul is treated like a criminal for raising his voice, the world CANNOT remain silent.

I appeal to the Government of Bangladesh to give medical aid and, more importantly, access to fair justice to Chinmoy Krishna Das Prabhu immediately. May he be granted bail at the earliest.

And to all the pseudo-secularists and Selective Human rights Activists around the World who flood timelines overnight, wave watermelons and trend hashtags on cue, your silence can be still heard. Apparently, your humanity has a filter.
