Gen Z might actually be the generation that changes toxic work culture.

My Gen Z cousin told me they have a group at work with only Gen Z employees.

They all leave the office together, on time. Nobody stays late just to impress the manager. Nobody answers work calls on weekends.

If a manager misbehaves, they report it to HR. And HR scolds the manager, not them. 🤨

One day, the office AC stopped working. The entire group went to a nearby cafe and informed HR,

"We'll be back once the AC is fixed." 😂

I asked her, "Is everyone in that group Gen Z?"

She said, "Yes. Millennials don't have the courage to do this. You've gotten used to staying quiet and putting up with everything."

Emotional damage. 😭

I use two SIM cards.

The first one is my personal number. The second one exists for one reason only: to keep my personal number private. I use it for platforms like Amazon, Zomato, Gate entrance, and every app that eventually starts sending spam calls and messages.

I don't need internet.
I don't need unlimited calls.
I just want the number to stay active.

And don't say we already have voice-only plans. It is priced almost as close to the regular plans.

Millions of people already have Wi-Fi at home and use data on their main SIM. A second SIM is just to receive OTPs, use WhatsApp, and protect their personal number from spam.

@TRAI, Force telecom companies to give a simple validity-only recharge. It shouldn't be this difficult.

@the_mom_store I had connected with the customer support as well multiple times on this number [phone], but there is no response from their end. The executive keeps telling me that they're sending the car separately but it has been more than 10 days there is no response.

Women are not earning to impress you. That is the part you completely missed.

Financial independence means she can leave a bad marriage without starving. It means she does not have to tolerate abuse because she has nowhere to go. It means her happiness is not entirely contingent on whether you decide to stay.

The fact that her salary does not impress you is genuinely irrelevant. Her salary is not for you. It never was.

And any woman whose partner is not impressed by her capability, her ambition and her financial independence should take that information seriously. Because a man who is unbothered by her earning is usually very bothered when she outearns him.
