1. While putting prepaid mobile number to recharge it detect it as bihar circle which is fine but then throws "no plans available"
2. It does not support rupay credit card and RBL PB visa credit card

मैने अपने पिताजी के लिए jio store से एक jioBharat का फोन लिया, अपने मौजूदा सिम को jio में पोर्ट करवाया।
3 दिन बाद जब सिम की सेवाएं चालू हुई और फोन से जब बात करना शु��ू हुआ तो पिताजी की आवाज सामने वाले को बहुत कम या नहीं सुनाई दे रहा था।
अब मैं क्या करूं?

@JioCare That is fine that we hear the announcement only for the 1st call of the day, still it can be short plain voice over and jn a bit faster tempoo. So that it can serve the purpose without delaying or disturbing the actual purpose of the intended call considering emergency as well.

Hi @reliancejio it's totally fine to give reminders about recharge due but can we put it a bit short like "please recharge, your due date is 12.12.2023" in any one language so that people can make quick calls in emergency situations and can save time. @JioCare
