@HCSOTexas this was observed at the corner of Dunstan and Kelvin in Rice Village this morning. I don’t believe that the officer was responding to a call when he parked here.
Something to remember as we read the Gospel of the temptations of Christ this weekend: temptations are neither good nor bad. They just are. It’s how we respond to them that is good or bad. Can we learn to place our trust in God’s will, as Jesus does when he is tempted by Satan?
@KatiePMcGrady I always tell people that Novitiate is like a spiritual boot camp. That analogy often helps people to understand the rigidity of the life of a novice.
@AirCanada I’m flying from IAH-YYT this weekend, with an overnight layover in Toronto. Is there anything special I need to do to be able to reclaim my checked luggage for the overnight layover?
@KatiePMcGrady Keeping you in prayer! I may also see you if you’re around AYC tomorrow: I’m coming in the morning for Mass and to help with Confessions.
@KatiePMcGrady@cdlabadie@NotreDame Chris used to work in the Office of Worship for the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston before he and his wife moved to Indiana. They’re both great people!!

@KatiePMcGrady I love the Office of Readings for today because it recognizes that silence and sorrow, but it also speaks about Christ freeing the souls of the just from Hell.
On Laetare Sunday, we wear rose. Happy 4th Sunday of Lent everyone! Hope that everyone is able to rejoice in the Mercy of God, which we read about in the Parable of the Prodigal Son.
