@HNadim87 Small example for their dumbness:
Pakistan’s 2/3rd population is below 30 years; 26% between 15–29 years. When info ministry and ISPR aligned accts/journos make up excessive use of the term ´youthia’; they alienate a big chunk of the population.
@HNadim87 The regime believes in controlling the narrative but are very slow and dumb in making the advances. Social media/ youth activists aligned with PTI or those who sympathize with IK beat ISPR plus info ministry hands down. AI has given them a fillip no one expected.
Since the regime in Pakistan is trying super hard to twist history and frame Imran Khan as a “terrorist supporter” for its foreign audiences, let me put out the timeline for the record:
1970's-1980's: Imran Khan was breaking world records in cricket when the Pakistani security state was already neck deep in the Afghan Jihad against the Soviets.
1990's: Imran Khan was building cancer hospitals for the poorest in society when they were consolidating militants as a state sanction policy to form and enable Taliban's rise to power in Afghanistan.
2000's: Imran Khan was protesting global wars when they were busy playing divide and rule among militants, which later came to be known as the “good Taliban/bad Taliban” policy.
2018-2021: Imran Khan as a Prime Minister helped bring an end to the 20 year long Afghan War, and facilated the US exit from Afghanistan.
You have to be Intellectually dishonest, and frankly ridiculous to place the burden of responsibility and blame for 50 years of state policy to play with militants on Imran Khan for his barely four years as PM, when he actually ended the not just the Afghan War, but the state policy as well.
Guess what returned when he was ousted?
@Markhorr313 Deal with ttp…. The failure is on the security apparatus … shame on them to unable to deal with terrorists in over two decades.
Long press conferences but zero results.
Such incompetence.
@MIqbalVaseer@naushaba_ch Yes, in fact feminism is an extension of capitalism, an idea generated by greedy capitalists to profit from two wage family homes. It destroyed the family system in the west. It doesn’t apply in its real sense to Eastern societies but womens’ fantasies see no bounds.
Pindi’s two narratives on KP terrorism collide head-on:
Narrative 1: Terrorists come from Afghanistan.
Narrative 2: KP govt is mainly to blame for not controlling terrorism in KP.
The contradiction: As terrorists come from Afghanistan, the first line of defence is the border, not the KP police station. Guarding it is Pindi’s job, not Peshawar’s. So, the first and foremost failure is Pindi's.
Even inside KP, Pindi has the bigger guns, deeper intelligence and far greater counterterrorism muscle.
KP govt must answer for its failures too. But blame must follow duty and capacity. By both tests, Pindi bears the much heavier burden.
Yet the institution with much greater power claims lesser blame—and assigns greater blame to the one with fewer tools.
@maheenghani_ Wah !!! Murad Saeed yehi kehte kehte thak Gaya but all we could do was to doubt him, hunt him until he is forced to disappear.
