Česko pomáhá. Díky finanční podpoře 🇨🇿 daňových poplatníků získalo v posledním roce rekvalifikaci nebo pracovní nástroje 777 osob v různých regionech Arménie. 17 osob získalo finanční podporu pro rozjezd podnikání. Všichni byli Arméni/Arménky z Karabachu, případně z Ukrajiny.

It feels we are surrounded by them.

Professionally, personally — crises are very much present in our lives.

Most crises happen unexpectedly. We can never predict how they will affect us.

But there are ways to deal with them.

From an organisational perspective, this is why guidelines for crisis communication matters.

They don’t need to be fancy, nor complicated.

As long as they are practical and easily understood by the team members, they can help organizations navigate through tough times while maintaining the trust of the people and audiences that matter to them.

The word "crisis" comes from the Greek - κρίσις - which means "decision."

To manage crises, we must make decisions. Ideally, these should be informed decisions — though they are often difficult ones.

I discussed these insights and more with the @people_in_need communicators in Prague.

To address the most urgent needs of refugees from #NagornoKarabakh in Armenia, we've mobilised also 🇪🇺's humanitarian stockpiles. This morning, a ✈️ with emergency supplies has landed in Yerevan. The goods will be quickly handed over to those in need by our partner @PIN_Armenia.
