Booked Speed Post with paid pickup for 15 May (10-1pm). No pickup, no contact. Customer care now asks to wait 3 days. What is the point of paying extra charges for such delays? Private services are far better managed.

@nsitharaman Ma'am, if banks provide such services, how will we achieve the Digital India mission? I submitted applications 3-4 times to resolve my issue, found one document at home, and am still searching for others. Very poor service with too much negligence.

After sending detailed email, bank replied I must visit branch & submit new app to close it, no response on wrong DOB. From 2022-now, issue unresolved. Govt banks' customer treatment. #bankindia #bankingservice

I don't received 3 free food parcel.I asked to delivery boy. he said swiggy added from them self. Restaurant is not providing any free food offer. It's a policy to take order by customer.
