Dejé este tweet programado porque ayer preferí mantenerme alejada de las redes; sinceramente, la pasé muy mal por la mala administración de mi obra social.

Aun así, me siento muy afortunada de tenerlos a ustedes. No solo han apoyado mis dinámicas y mi contenido, sino que siempre están ahí para sacarme una sonrisa en los momentos más difíciles. Siento que nos ayudamos mutuamente y que hemos construido una comunidad muy unida y consciente.

También he tenido muchísima suerte de poder tratar hoy una situación que lleva dos años empeorando. Todo esto me hizo pensar en lo difícil y costoso que es acceder a servicios de salud de calidad, especialmente cuando se trata de enfermedades que todavía no tienen una cura definitiva, como la endometriosis.

Lo mínimo que podemos hacer es escuchar, acompañar y tomar en serio el dolor de las personas. En las mujeres, el dolor menstrual incapacitante no es “normal”; puede ser un síntoma importante que merece atención médica a tiempo. Y más allá del género, ojalá todas las personas pudieran acceder al tratamiento que necesitan. Vivir con dolor es horrible.

Siempre tendrán mi apoyo. Y a todas las personas que se han acercado a mis streams a compartir sus propias situaciones, de verdad espero que puedan mejorar. Me acuerdo de cada uno de ustedes.🤲🏻

Para quienes tenían curiosidad y estuvieron preguntando: mi cirugía es por endometriosis profunda, múltiples quistes y un tumor.🥹
