@SafaricomPLC we pay a lot to get bad service from customers care all because of mistake done by you team they disconnected us on our building since had a new client. When we made follow up no technician or respond customer service week how?????

@SafaricomPLC this is customer service week yet I was treated contrary with you team I had and still facing same issue with my Safaricom business fiber at ukunda biashara building all bcoz of technician that are rude to clients are end up disconnecting phone this so disappointing
