-3 day loss of broadband
-PayPal and Hotmail accounts compromised
-Missed work opportunities, work days and medical appointments
Offered a Β£5 Costa card as a goodwill gesture.

2 weeks ago, my mobile number was fraudulently obtained from @VodafoneUK . It took just under an hour to port out despite falling security validation. 2 weeks later I am still without service, with nobody able to tell me when it will be restored. A customer service black hole!!!

Trip to Edinburgh on @LNER in Dec 23 where I believe a member of staff took money from my wallet.Investigated by BTP to find CCTV inoperational on the train.Repeated enquiries with @LNER = no response. @RailOmbudsman have now deemed my complaint "Out of Scope".Utter farce.
