It is a synthetic medicine by the NHS health description. It is harmful to millions.

That according to her didn’t happen!!
She was happy to interfere in my case.

Could you also ask why I didn’t get a ROTL of any way shape or form, even though rapists and murderers get resettlement ROTL.

It feels really weird to be living in a country that you were born in, paid your way, kept your nose clean & then wake up & find the country you were born in is now not the country you thought it was.

I always thought we had a government that was there to take care of you, do the right thing by you & put you first.

How wrong was I.

We now live in a country that puts you last & would prefer to look after foreigners than their own people.

Surely if this is what the government want then they should be the ones that move to a country that suits their needs & leave the rest of us to get on & enjoy the country we were born into.

We need a government that puts the UK first, not themselves.

It's déjà vu all over again. 🧵

I spent quite a lot of time in late 2024 / early 2025 trying to find alternate sources of milk and dairy products after Arla ran their little trial with Morrisons, Aldi and Tesco adding an unnecessary chemical (Bovaer) to dairy cattle feed to prevent the world from *checks notes* burning up in a cow burp driven methane inferno.

And here we are again with folic acid in flour. From December 2026 by order of the Unelected Globalist Bureaucrats and their Westminster puppets, most non-wholemeal flour sold in the UK must have folic acid added to it to reduce the risk of women giving birth to babies with spina bifida.

The more observant amongst you will have noticed that men are not going to give birth to babies, with or without spina bifida, nor are children or women beyond child-bearing age. Not only that, but folic acid (which is a synthetic version of folate, a vitamin which occurs naturally in some foods) is known to be harmful to people in a number of different categories: people with heart stents; people with kidney or liver disease; people who are vitamin B12 deficient, people with cancer; and there is also evidence that it doubles risk of prostate cancer for men.

It's hard to know how to fight against this kind of top-downism but I came to the conclusion during the Bovaer fight (which is by no means won, by the way) that the best approach is twofold:

1. Don't feed the globalist beast. Stop spending money with the companies which support this kind of thing, and call then out for it.
2. Instead, spend your money with smaller, local companies.

Government isn't listening to us, big companies aren't listening to us, so using the money in our pockets to try to influence things is really the only avenue open to us.

With folic acid, the rules on supplementation exclude small mills which produce relatively small volumes of flour. They are still allowed to sell unfortified products to the public.

This webpage by the Real Bread Campaign, highlights small local mills and producers of additive-free bread and flour. Obviously these are small independent businesses or sole traders so you are unlikely to find their products in supermarkets but the map should help you find a vendor near you who you could visit, and local farm shops and farmers' markets may stock their products.

There are some mills which sell unfortified flour direct to the public online - I'll add a couple I know of into the comments. Postage costs mean this isn't a cheap option but you could club together with friends / family / neighbours to order in bulk and reduce the impact of the postage.

Ta krwistoróżowa pasta, która jest dezodoryzowana, wybielana, odświeżana i ponownie barwiona, jest następnie obtaczana w mące i smażona w głębokim tłuszczu. Pozostaje w zazwyczaj częściowo uwodornionych olejach, innymi słowy, w substancjach toksycznych.

Przemysł spożywczy wykorzystuje wodór amonowy jako środek antybakteryjny, co pozwala McDonald's na stosowanie w hamburgerach mięsa nienadającego się do spożycia przez ludzi.

Jeszcze bardziej alarmujący jest jednak fakt, że substancje na bazie wodoru amonowego są uznawane za „legalne składniki procesu produkcyjnego” w przemyśle spożywczym na całym świecie, za zgodą organów ochrony zdrowia. Konsumenci nigdy nie dowiedzą się zatem, jakie substancje znajdują się w ich żywności.

The government is adding folic acid to all UK flour by law this December. They call it a public health win. What they are not telling you is that folic acid is not folate.

Folic acid is the synthetic oxidised form of vitamin B9. To become usable, the body has to convert it using an enzyme called DHFR into 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, the active form your cells can actually work with.

A significant portion of the population carries variants of the MTHFR gene that impair this conversion. Enzyme activity can drop by up to 70 percent. Unmetabolised folic acid accumulates in the blood instead.

I carry an MTHFR variant. Most people who do have no idea. They eat their fortified bread and assume they are getting folate. They are not. They are accumulating a synthetic compound their body cannot process efficiently.

No screening.
No individual consideration.
No acknowledgement that the conversion pathway exists. Just mandatory fortification for every single person in the country.

Real folate is found in food. Liver is the most concentrated source and it delivers folate already in the active 5-MTHF form.
No conversion needed.
No gene variant problem.

They are adding a synthetic vitamin to a food that drives metabolic dysfunction and calling it progress.

I don’t eat bread anymore but if you still eat bread, choose 100% wholemeal, rye, or ancient grain varieties like spelt or einkorn. These are exempt from the law. White and standard brown bread are not.
