Despite the cold wind and rain, a couple of days in Norfolk proved very enjoyable, with the highlight being several Little Auk during a sea watch from Cley beach car park.

Fairly quiet on Black and Pinnacle Hill #MalvernHills this morning, with a handful of mipits and couple of Skylarks over, plus this Reed Bunting flying east to west which is a first on the hills for me. #VisMig #WorcsBirds

Cinereous (Black) Vultures were seen on most days in Extremadura. This individual is thought to be a 2cy bird, based on the dark head/bill, pink face/feet and the 3 newly moulted inner primaries which can just be made out. @GuyBorder96 @birdextremadura

Spent the second week of October birding in the Extremadura region of Spain with @GuyBorder96, exploring the vast areas of Dehesa, Steppe, Mountains and Rice fields, all within an easy drive from our excellent accommodation at @casaelrecuerdo near Truilljo. @birdextremadura
