@zeedlle If you have a junk room that's hard to get in and look around have a printout of the dimensions and relevant info so the buyers can get a better idea of what the room looks like. Don't splurge on new carpet, put in an allowance for the new buyers to buy their own.

@zeedlle Might be stupid. But we made a batch of cookie dough and kept it in the fridge, before each showing we would toss a few cookies in the oven. So we could be remembered as the cookie house. Make something in the house memorable so it will always stand out in their memories.
