Rairangpur as centre point of the mentioned geography can even cater services to peoples of Jharkhand & WB as they have to travel down to all the way to Bhubaneswar to treat their patients. If you approve we can discuss this with best corporates.2/3

Learn something from other states. Privatised power supply in states like Gujarat provide 24/7 uninterrupted supply…. just FYI.
