@BPCLimited - This is now 1.5 year taking service from Bharat Gas. Unfortunately, your driver never delivers the cylinder to my home even though the vehicle enters the premises. After complaining to your distributor still the vehicle has not delivered.

After more than 40 years in prison for a crime he did not commit, Subramanyam Vedam was finally released from Pennsylvania’s Huntingdon State Correctional Institution on October 3, 2025. His 1980 conviction for the shooting death of 19-year-old Thomas Kinser was overturned after a judge found that prosecutors had hidden an FBI report that could have helped prove his innocence. All charges were dismissed, making Vedam the longest-serving wrongfully convicted person in Pennsylvania and one of the longest in the United States.

During his time in prison, Vedam achieved amazing things. He created literacy programs for other inmates, helped them earn their diplomas, and completed three college degrees with top honors. He even earned an MBA with a perfect 4.0 GPA, becoming the first inmate in the state’s history in more than 150 years to achieve a graduate degree while still in prison. His hard work and dedication inspired many others behind bars.

After his release, Vedam said he is grateful to finally be free but hopes that no one else has to go through what he did. His story has drawn attention to problems in the justice system and the importance of sharing all evidence in court. Many people now see him as a symbol of strength, education, and hope after injustice.

Delusional. There all citizens are taxed but here only the salaried (1-2%) pay direct taxes. Most other groups use laws directly or loopholes to pay virtually no tax. 2nd, there taxes translates to improved services & safety unlike getting tear apart by stray dogs

It is well understood that the police courtesy is limited to babus & mantris. If you do not have political/powerful connections then you will be treated like trash by the system. It doesn’t matter if your taxes are paying their salaries. Not sensitised with basic human decency.

Just in: Spoke to a person who paid a total of ₹1.35 crores in income tax over 14 years of relentless hard work. Its just income tax, just imagine how much he could have paid in VAT/GST and other taxes.

Two hospitalizations, one layoff, and now he's staring at bankruptcy, drowning in debt, with every rupee of his PF savings wiped out.

Today, he's unemployed, with ZERO support from the government. ZERO. Not a rupee, not a word. This is the "reward" for being an honest, law-abiding taxpayer in this country. A brutal, unforgivable betrayal.

And sadly, this isn’t an isolated case, I’m hearing countless similar stories in just the past month, both on X and outside. These are truly dark times for India’s industry and employment.

At the very least, the government should have mechanisms to support genuine, high-contributing taxpayers when they are crushed like this with Unemployment Allowance.

@RailwaySeva @drm_lko Thanks for your help. The TTE has addressed the issue amicably. Please cancel the complaint. I do request a modification in IRCTC that the booking site stops individuals with same Aadhaar/ID no. to book more than one ticket on the same journey.

@RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva - Dear Ministry, your IRCTC website allowed me to book two tickets with same name which was technical problem due to online issue. Now TTE is not considering to help instead harassing us even though I have payed for two tickets. Please help.

He is saying that cannot allow for two persons with same name. In that case the website should not allow two tickets to be booked with the same name either. If online can let us book it then why cannot the TTE allow by looking at our IDs.

Me and my wife are travelling. During this rush mistakes happen. But even though I have paid for two tickets the TTE is not ready to check our IDs and allowing us to travel. PNR-6446340605
