मेरा नाम सिद्धांत कारक, पिता का नाम सनत कारक, निवासी प्रयागराज है। वर्तमान में मैं नोएडा के सेक्टर 134 में रहता हूँ।
दिनांक 11/10/2026 को मैं बाटी चोखा रेस्टोरेंट, सेक्टर 104, नोएडा में खाना खाने गया था, जहाँ मैंने अपनी गाड़ी पार्किंग में खड़ी कर दी थी। जब मैं अंदर खाना खा रहा था, तभी रेस्टोरेंट से कुछ ग्राहक बाहर निकले। उनकी कार मेरी कार के बगल में खड़ी थी। उन लोगों ने अपनी कार को तेज गति और लापरवाही से निकालते हुए मेरी कार में जोरदार टक्कर मार दी। टक्कर की आवाज सुनकर आसपास मौजूद लोगों और रेस्टोरेंट के कुछ कर्मचारियों ने उस कार को रोकने का प्रयास किया, लेकिन कार में बैठे लोगों और चालक ने एक राय होकर न तो गाड़ी रोकी और न ही वहाँ रुके। वे तेज गति से गाड़ी लेकर वहाँ से भागने लगे, जिससे कोई बड़ी दुर्घटना भी हो सकती थी।
कुछ देर बाद मुझे पूरी घटना की जानकारी हुई। इसके बाद मैंने रेस्टोरेंट के CCTV कैमरे की फुटेज प्राप्त की तथा रेस्टोरेंट में किए गए ऑनलाइन भुगतान के विवरण के माध्यम से विपक्षी मयंक का मोबाइल नंबर 9315196612 प्राप्त किया। जब विपक्षी ने नुकसान की भरपाई करने से इनकार कर दिया, तब मैंने 112 पर घटना की सूचना दी और पुलिस द्वारा बताए जाने पर चौकी गया।
चौकी में मैंने पूरी घटना की जानकारी दी। SI श्री आलोक कुमार वर्मा जी ने विपक्षी को फोन करके चौकी बुलाया। दिनांक 18/10/2026 को विपक्षी चौकी आया। जब उससे उसकी गाड़ी का नंबर पूछा गया, तो उसने गाड़ी का नंबर DL 2 CAU 7229 बताया, जिसे मैंने लिखकर चौकी में दे दिया।
घर जाने के बाद जब मैंने उक्त गाड़ी नंबर को ऑनलाइन खोजा, तो पता चला कि यह नंबर किसी अन्य गाड़ी, Maruti Eeco, का है, जिससे दुर्घटना हुई ही नहीं थी।

तब मुझें पता चला कि जिस कार का नंबर विपक्षी ने चौकी में अपनी कार का कह कर बताया DL 2 CAU 7229 वो जो कि मौके पर थी ही नहीं, जिससे यह साफ होता है कि विपक्षी (Maruti Suzuki Celerio) वाहन चालक ने सोच समझ कर अपनी गाड़ी का नंबर गलत बताया है जो कि विपक्षी कि बेईमानी को साफ जाहिर करता है

अतः घटना की CCTV फुटेज और मौके की जाँच करके दुर्घटना में शामिल वास्तविक गाड़ी का नंबर पता लगाना ���्यायहित में आवश्यक है।
अतः आपसे प्रार्थना है कि मेरी FIR संख्या 0522 में दुर्घटना के लिए जिम्मेदार सिल्वर रंग की Maruti Celerio गाड़ी का सही नंबर पता लगाकर मुकदमे में सामिल करना और जो विपक्षी ने झूठा व फर्जी कार का नंबर बताया है उसे हटाना न्यायहित में अति आवश्यक है जिसकी नियमानुसार कानूनी कार्यवाही करने कि कृपा करें।

🚨 URGENT: Is seeking justice a punishment for the victim in Noida?

On 11 Oct 2026, my parked Hyundai Verna was hit by another vehicle at Bati Chokha Restaurant, Sector 104, Noida. The driver fled, but CCTV footage and payment details are available to help establish the facts.

Since then, I have called 112, visited the police chowki repeatedly, submitted multiple written complaints, and provided evidence. Yet, after nearly two weeks, I am still struggling to get my complaint addressed.

The concerned SI has repeatedly postponed action and delayed my request for an FIR. I was asked to submit another complaint, only to discover that it contained incorrect details. I submitted a corrected application, but the process remains unresolved.

Why is the victim being made to run from pillar to post while the accused continues to evade accountability? The repeated delays raise serious concerns about whether my complaint is being handled impartially. I request an independent review of the SI’s conduct and the handling of my applications.

I am facing an estimated ₹50,000 in vehicle repair and PPF costs, along with mental stress, disruption to my work and lost time with my family—all because my parked car was damaged.

🙏 I appeal directly to the senior police leadership and the UP Government:

• Review the conduct of the concerned SI and the repeated delays.
• Ensure my corrected complaint is properly recorded and considered.
• Preserve and examine the CCTV footage and other available evidence.
• Take appropriate legal action based on the evidence and applicable law.
• Provide a clear response and ensure a fair, time-bound investigation.

I am not asking for favours. I am asking for the right to be heard, a fair investigation, and justice under the law.

Will any senior authority intervene and help end this ordeal? Please acknowledge and act. 🙏

I ordered yonex 350 shuttlecock frm amazon on 20Dec,2022 at evening with next day delivery i.e. 21Dec,2022 in my office Address.
Delivery agent didnt delivered and marked it as delivered. Even customer care of Amazon is not giving support.

@AmazonHelp Customer care promise me they will deliver it next day i.e. 22dec2022 but its not now they proceed to refund.
No one gave me the delivery agent number somehow i get his name "RAHUL KASHYAP" and this delivery fraudster is still conning with someone.
