Why?

Answer may be lying in expected proceedings on 2 Nov.

NATIONAL HERALD CASE🔥

On November 2, Delhi High Court is taking up the ED's main petition - Enforcement Directorate vs Sonia, Rahul Ghandy & others.

On Nov 2, HC is expected to hear final arguments on whether the trial court's order (of not taking cognizance of the Chargesheet on technical grounds) is legally sustainable and whether ED's PMLA complaint can proceed without an FIR.

It's going to be harrowing for Ghandy family IF:

- High Court sets aside the trial court order and holds ED's complaint maintainable.

- It directs / remands the matter to the trial court to take cognisance and proceed under PMLA.

- That would mean Rahul and Sonia Ghandy formally become accused under PMLA, summons could follow, and the ED attachment of Rs 752 CR + properties would continue and cannot be released by the PMLA appellate tribunal.

Maybe Anticipating This, Rahul Ghandy is hellbent to hold his protest on 1st Nov itself SO THAT he can play Victim Card on 2 Nov IF Delhi HC gives orders on above lines.

"Political Vendetta" is the simplest argument for covering up own sins for politicians in this Nation as 99% people are not aware about legal technicalities.

Pls spread this max to deny any any "Victim Card Play" to Rahul Ghandy.

And anyway, Mota Bhai is not a Kachcha Khiladi. The alternate action is already ready in case of any adverse order by HC on 2nd Nov which you can find in the quoted tweet below.
