@adgully@akanksha_j20@SIDmvrck@SokhalSonali@vikramkharvi Acing how to work with different generations, nationalities & genders across all internal departments & external partners will be the mark of your success as a 'communicator'. Be worthy of the designation you carry.

@adgully@mindtweak123@akanksha_j20@SokhalSonali@vikramkharvi Again, those 10% of the corporates I referred to earlier, are able to succeed and bring tangible difference in PR machinery deliveries because of they are leveraging internal and external collaborations very effectively.
@adgully@mindtweak123@akanksha_j20@SokhalSonali@vikramkharvi Both internal and external collaborations need to happen across markets and geographies. Collaborations will be effective only when the framework is visualized, designed and implemented well, all supported by Measurement and Data-led ERPs (efforts, resources and processes).
@adgully@mindtweak123@akanksha_j20@SokhalSonali@vikramkharvi External Collaborations could be with communications agencies, ERP management & advisory consultancies, pure play research services, audit & quality assurance services, measurement and data analytics, influencer groups, communities, etc.
@adgully@mindtweak123@akanksha_j20@SokhalSonali@vikramkharvi The efficiency & efficacy of PR is founded on Collaborations. The term can have different dimensions – with Internal and External partners. Internal collaborations would be with CXOs, on-ground operation departments, organization’s central MiS, Intelligence and Research desks.
My observation about getting a seat at the table is that it doesnot come easy...it happens gradually after CXOs see a scientific approach, conduct as revenue centre (not cost centre) and delivery of tangible value.
@adgully@mindtweak123@akanksha_j20@SonaliSokhal@vikramkharvi This evolving dynamic is likely why more Corporate Communications clients are increasingly saying, "We and our PR agency are one team; they are our partners." It reflects their wish, desire, and intent to operate in a truly integrated manner.
@adgully@mindtweak123@akanksha_j20@SonaliSokhal@vikramkharvi The time spent between top management and in-house PR teams is increasing. In-house teams are not only gaining access to business plans but are also being invited to provide strategic feedback. Discussions on budget allocation with top management is becoming a win-win.
@adgully@mindtweak123@akanksha_j20@SonaliSokhal@vikramkharvi The good news is that the needle is already moving. Today, approximately 10% of corporations—the CXO and Corporate Communications Collective—are disrupting their old PR frameworks and establishing fresh, scientific, measurement, and data-led ERPs.
@adgully@mindtweak123@akanksha_j20@SonaliSokhal@vikramkharvi Achieving this transformation is not an overnight process; it requires a complete overhaul of outdated ERPs (efforts, resources, and processes). Ideally, in-house PR teams should be seen as brand management corridors, not just as desks for news & headline management.
@adgully@mindtweak123@akanksha_j20@SonaliSokhal@vikramkharvi For CXOs, this means viewing the in-house PR function as a strategic corridor for market intelligence, advisory on business and communication objectives, and a key player in strengthening brand scores and protecting the balance sheet.
@adgully@mindtweak123@akanksha_j20@SonaliSokhal@vikramkharvi Today, about 35% of a business's valuation and CXO KRAs are driven by Corporate Brand Reputation. Notably, In-house PR team has the potential to manage two-thirds of this brand reputation framework.
@adgully@mindtweak123@akanksha_j20@vikramkharvi@SonaliSokhal Not only key industry verticals but even the SME sector and India's startup engine are emerging from and depending on local Indian markets. The business owners of these types of businesses would find the width and depth of local PR network to be of strategic importance.
