@AlissaPavia Agree on better taxation but TUN seems unwilling to do so for the time being. Food subsidies not on IMF agenda, at least for the first 18 months. EIB and ADB (like most IFIs) struggle to lend without an IMF agreement. Agricultural reforms is great but takes time. What is left?
