@manas_muduli Realistically, this is much less efficient than std. container shipping. Hauling the unnecessary weight of the truck wastes energy, & blocking the vehicle for the entire rail journey eats into the asset utilization. Containerisation is still the smarter logistical move.

L1 bidder gets the job. Design & Engineering, PMC and the contractor. All roles given to L1 bidder, with no consideration to quality and technical assessment of the job.
