As we celebrate Nowruz on March 20th, we also honor the rich history and cultural significance of this holiday. Nowruz, which means "new day" in Persian, has been celebrated for over 3,000 years, and it marks the beginning of the new year and the arrival of spring.

Red Dress Day is observed annually on May 5 and is a day to raise awareness for missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls and two-spirit people on Turtle Island.
