We are extremely sad to inform you that the SIG Writing 2020 conference in Umeå will be cancelled due to the current Covid-19 situation. We encourage all of you to submit abstracts to EARLI 2021 and we welcome you to Umeå in 2022 for the next SIG Writing conference.

We have got many requests from colleagues to extend the deadline for submission of abstracts, because of holidays. Of course we want as many as possible to be able to submit, so we extend the deadline to 1 October.

It’s already August and the summer seems to come to an end, at least up here in Umeå. That means there’s finally some time to write a good proposal for the SIG Writing 2020 conference and/or research school 😉 Only one month left for your submission - deadline 15th September!
