How to make improvements in your life?
Acceptance
Here's how acknowledgement of your shortcomings works:
- Takes you out of delusion
- Reveals areas you need to work on
- Makes your mind work on finding alternative ways to do things better
Acceptance leads to freedom.
Simplest Meditation Technique
Here's how to do it:
- Sit in a quiet place
- Observe your breath going in and out
- As soon as you realize your mind is wandering silently bring back your attention to your breath
Meditation helps in resetting you mind to calmness. Works wonders!
The simplest method for content creation?
The "let it brew" technique
Here's how it works:
- Note down a few ideas
- Leave it overnight
- Work on it the next morning
Writing down ideas and allowing them space in your mind overnight works magic!
Feeling drained out?
Surround yourself with positivity
- Positive people
- Positive events
- Things that make you happy
Don't let negativity suck out all the energy from your life.
Knowledge is power?
Applied knowledge is the real power.
Here's how to get started:
- Take up one or two learnings
- Take action on them
- Do it consistently
- Repeat
It is not enough to gain knowledge but to actually put them to motion. That's where the real magic happens.
How to effectively complete a huge task?
Break it into manageable chunks.
Here's how to do it:
- Divide the task into small chunks that can be worked on independently
- Spread out the chunks over your schedule
- Focus on each chunk one at a time
Divide and Conquer!
Important lesson!
Get past the results as soon as possible.
Bad Results:
- Will seep into your upcoming tasks
- Mind will be too fuzzy to focus
Good Results:
- Makes you overconfident
- Hampers your focus and concentration
Either way learn to detach yourself from results.
There's beauty in waking up early.
Here's what I have noticed:
- You have almost no distractions.
- You can reflect upon yourself and life.
- Your mind gets quality time to sort out stuff.
- Your brain is in full receptive mode. Ideal for learning new concepts.
Generating new ideas might feel daunting.
Not really though if you follow a plan.
Here's the procedure to come up with great ideas:
- Every morning note down 10 random ideas that come to your mind
- Do it for a week
At the end you will have a goldmine to choose from.
