@united So the hour Ive spent on the phone today to resolve this is and still havent resolved this isn’t the answer? Was just told by a United rep they couldnt confirm what my seat was on a UNITED flight to determine IF I got my upgrade last month. Back on hold. Is there a worse airline?

@united why is it that everytime I don’t get an upgrade from your terrible airline (which is everytime), I have to chase United to get my refund for the copay (in miles and dollars) I was charged just for the priviledge of requesting an upgrade I will never recieve??

@SecretaryPete please look into @united policy of charging up to $500 roundtrip in advance for the priviledge of using miles 2 request upgrades when theres an excellent chance u won’t get upgraded. Could be months in advance of the trip Then have to wait for a refund/request it
