@XBOXSupport I’m also having an account authentication issue, but specifically with Xbox 360 backwards compatibility on my Xbox Series S. My Xbox 360 profile never downloads and I’m only asked to test my network connection, with no error code. The same account/network works perfectly on my Xbox One, Series X and Cloud Gaming. I’ve already factory reset the Series S, cleared Xbox 360 local storage, changed DNS/ports/IP, etc. Could you please investigate if this is related to the current authentication issues?

@scottvanvliet @tomwarren Thanks for the transparency, Scott. I wanted to mention another issue that many of us are still experiencing: some Xbox Series S/X consoles can’t sign in to Xbox Live within backward compatible Xbox 360 games. My Series S has had this issue for about 3 months

@jronald I’ve already tried multiple fixes like changing DNS, alternate ports, clearing Xbox 360 local storage, and restarting the console, but nothing works so far.

A lot of users seem to be experiencing the same issue recently. Any information would really be appreciated. Thanks!
