@Shahhoon1 After cooking, 100 g dry soya chunks becomes roughly 250-300 g of food, which is a very large serving. Soya is a source of carbs (40Gms Carb), not protein! The comparison is misleading because it compares unequal serving sizes and ignores overall nutrition.
