@Sonu1irctc Bro they asked me hotel bills, cctv I gave incident photos , google timestamps. They asked me fastag. they are doing this every customer.. inke agent company me hote aur inke insurance cheapest. I took insurance for 4 yrs .no claim done..aj 1st claim they showed their true colors

@Suryansha10 @heydigit They are the worst company they want hotel bills for approve the claim…they wanted FIR ,cctv footage from another customer (person whose car hit by a stone) &he just saved his life . Means he should go to police station or ask for toeing the car.. pls don’t buy their insurance.

@heydigit @irdaindia I have shared the timeline..rest of the things I don’t have ..how the fastag or hotel bills like personal information of related to damage ? Provide me where it mentioned in policy?

@heydigit An insurance rejecting my complete claim of a 4 yrs NCB person saying that I am fabricating for my windshield damage and back damage & Asking me my personal details like hotel, google timeline, fastag. Whether it didn’t mention in their policy @COmbudsmen pls help

@heydigit I’ve been asked for google timelines, hotel bolking etc and this is how you want to reject my claim. ? I wont provide these personal details to you as it was not mentioned in policy. I had used Acko, ergo or tata aig. Never faced this issue.

@heydigit even after having insurance for 3 yrs back to back and no claim . For the first time claim submitted for dents and windshield but still rejected. This is what they do to loyal customers
