Apparently this isn't grounds enough for emergency housing.
You have known of the disrepair for over a year and yet you haven't enforced the building management or the alleged landlord to fix it 🤔. Might go for a swim in abit.

I think you might need to reconsider Kwame Darkwah's role as Vista Building property Manager. Cause he's going to cost your company a lot of money in regards to council fines. Law suit. Due to negligence, lack of service and support.
