7June2026 Thank you to everyone who donated, shared, prayed, encouraged me, and supported my family throughout this process. This fundraiser was created for three primary purposes: to help me regain access to my children, to help fund a custody evaluation, and to help cover the costs of traveling to Texas for court hearings.
While the court ultimately denied my request for a custody evaluator, there has been meaningful progress. The court granted a Motion for New Trial, put temporary orders in place, and I was able to regain regular contact with my children after a period of significant difficulty accessing them. Your support also made it possible for me to travel to Texas and be present for important hearings in April and again on June 1st. Without that help, attending those hearings would have been much more difficult financially. I am incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make that possible.
The divorce case has now been finalized, and a Standard Possession Order is in place, providing a clear visitation schedule and protections that did not previously exist. While my children will continue residing with their father for now, I am grateful to once again have established parenting time and a path forward. This fundraiser accomplished far more than simply raising money. It helped me stay in the fight for my boys when I otherwise may not have been able to. Because of your generosity, I was able to attend critical hearings in Texas, pursue my case, and regain meaningful access to my boys. While not every outcome was what I had hoped for, your support created real progress and ensured that my voice was heard. Any future efforts will likely involve seeking a modification if circumstances warrant it. However, because the custody evaluator was not approved and the immediate goals of this fundraiser have now been met or changed, I have decided to close it at this time.
