Guys, if you are in this situation, there's hope for you. It doesn't have to be this way.
You don't need to beat around the bush,
You don't need to play around the cooch,
You don't need to fiddle with the pestle
-Stop watching 🌽, and retain testosterone
-Stop wanking excessively
-Lower your cortisol
- Get more sleep
- Stay hydrated
- Do your kegels daily, strengthen your pelvic floor
- Watch your blood sugar and blood pressure

I have so many other tips but manage these for now
