I'm not the performatively virtuous type (though I will voice opinions on some topics) nor will I ever pretend to be perfect. Looking at my past, I've been a good person and also a bad person. We are the sum of our choices. I simply always try to do far more good in this world than I do bad. Learning from our failings and flaws is what drives personal growth. Some people never learn from them. I think how that balance skews is ultimately what defines us in the end. That's what Dark Deception is all about - people that struggled to find that balance during their lives, but are ultimately forced to take accountability for the pain they caused others - whether they want to or not.
