I am not paranoid, Gator wanted information because they were intentionally being vague with people that don't know how to do a simple google search, so now everyone can see the info when they look here.

I provided the information. Gator keeps asking "what law?" Well now they know what law is being affected and with examples how the good faith argument works.

Courts would only get involved if a case was brought before them involving a "hate crime offense" against anything once the "good faith" argument is removed, if is even happens.

It has support in the House of Commons with the majority government so it would make it past there since they are the ones who wrote Bill C-9 to amend that part of the criminal code.

Would it get through the senate? Who knows. We would have to see the debates the senate have on it and if they decide to pass, reject or send it back to the HoC for changes.
